چکیده
The objective of the study : to compare efficacy different modifications thoracoplasty in patients with apical fibrous cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis. Subjects and methods . article describes analysis results 65 tuberculosis performed from 2016 2019. Three types were used: polypropylene mesh, osteoplastic thoracoplasty, traditional thoracoplasty. assessed by severity intraoperative trauma, development bronchopulmonary complications, lack compression, healing cavities. Results No significant difference degree injury was found when comparing three ( p > 0.05). Clinical X-ray examinations 3 weeks after surgery revealed that a frequency complications compression lower than other < Using patient's own tissues for extrapleural fixation, especially large cavities, decrease efficacy.
